Аннотация
Статья посвящена взаимодействию наночастиц, образующихся в процессе подводной сварки в морской воде акватории залива Аякс Японского моря, мембранных белков и ферментов микроводорослей. Изучение взаимодействия между белками и наночастицами смоделировано методом молекулярного докинга. Представлены результаты молекулярных взаимодействий между наночастицами Fe2O3 и FeO (размером 1.5, 2 и 2.5 нм) и белками-мишенями водорослей Heterosigma akashiwo (АТФ-зависимая цинковая металлопротеиназа FtsH, инозин трифосфат пирофосфатаза, белок D1 фотосистемы II, УМФ-ЦМФкиназа) и Porphyridium purpureum (АТФ-зависимая цинковая металлопротеиназа FtsH, белок D1 фотосистемы II, бета-цепь R-фикоцианина-1). Исследование демонстрирует образование стабильных комплексов наночастица–белок с энергиями связи в диапазоне от –13.3 до –7.43 ккал/моль для Fe2O3 и от –9.28 до –6.53 ккал/моль для FeO. Обсуждаются предполагаемые токсикологические эффекты.
