Abstract

The article presents the principles of a possible transition of the chemical and related industries to a post-industrial technological order. The objective reason for the transition is the technosphere activity of industrial technological order, which violated the mechanism of planetary ecological balance, which caused a civilization crisis. It is possible to preserve the existing equilibrium state, which ensures the survival of mankind as a biological species, with the ecological principle of technosphere development, which implies the provision of optimal conditions for human life, the production of the necessary products and services for a reasonable civilizational development in a stable state of the biosphere. The task of the core of the new technological order will be the sustainable development of the techno-biosphere along with the production of the necessary products and services. The supporting industries (including the chemical and related industries) should be formed under the conditions of the dominance of the life-supporting functions of the biosphere over its material and energy resources. The main principle of the transition of the chemical and related industries to the post-industrial technological order in traditional physical and chemical processes should be the introduction of nature-like technologies based on the provisions of "green chemistry" and the principles of life support of the biosphere, the formation of a technogenic material and energy resource, by analogy with natural. At the transitional stage, it is necessary to adapt existing chemical and related industries to the ecological principles of technosphere development and to refine them with the possible introduction of photochemical technologies, photobiological processes, life-supporting principles.
